Established in 2025, COLLIDE Talent is a growing boutique Nashville-based Artist & Influencer management company built on one belief: great talent deserves great care.

With more than a decade in music and entertainment, including 14 years at CAA, founder Sabrina Butera has built a career on championing clients with heart, strategy, and purpose.

Founder

What’s your favorite part of your job?

The relationships we build with our talent are everything. We work for the talent, they do not work for us. Watching them evolve, adapt, and push beyond what they thought was possible inspires me every single day. I love the conversations about their ideas, their ambitions, and the dreams they’re chasing.

Even more, I love crossing those dreams off the list—not because they were easy, but because they were earned, and we were fortunate enough to help make them a reality.

What’s one thing your team does really well?

Outbound outreach is in our DNA. We don’t wait to be discovered. We show up, consistently and strategically, in the right companies’ inboxes. Nearly 70% percent of all offers we secure come directly from our outbound outreach, a rate well above the industry standard. We don’t sit back and hope opportunities roll in for our clients. We listen, we watch, and we move proactively on behalf of our talent, never reactively.

The results speak for themselves. When talent leaves another management company to join Collide Talent’s growing roster, they see the difference especially in their monthly revenue. Being part of that growth and helping achieve those goals is exactly why we do what we do.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Being a mom of three and a wife is hands-down my greatest joy outside of work, but now that I’m no longer surviving life with three babies, I’ve rediscovered something magical: hobbies. 😄  

My teammates (and clients!) can confirm that tennis has become my latest obsession. Not only because I’m wildly competitive, but also because I’m a social butterfly who will absolutely befriend anyone willing to rally with me. Strong friendships and a good sweat? Count me in.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Getting to work with different clients who all have their own unique content and interests and finding opportunities that truly excite them and align with their dreams! I love connecting with incredible brands and collaborating to make campaigns come to life. Every day is different and it’s never a dull moment which I love!

What’s one project you’re especially proud of?

We partnered with Wall Blush to create custom wallpaper lines with 2 of our amazing DIY creators - Amanda Vernaci (@comestayawhile) and Kayla Cummings (@itshoneydone). It had been a dream of theirs to put their name on something of their own and watching them bring those visions to life was so fulfilling and inspiring.

What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?

I worked at my hometown radio station after college on the country, pop, and rock stations as an on-air personality - I was Paige in the PM on 99.5 WCOY. It was an absolute blast and incredible experience. Shout out Coyote Country!

What originally drew you to this company?

Coming from LA and working remote for different agencies... I have been trying to find a reason to call Nashville home. After meeting Sabrina... I knew I found it. Collide Talent offers so much opportunity in a big, small town, and I can't wait for what Collide becomes.

What’s one project you’re especially proud of?

We are a small team, so we all support one another in every way! It makes it more fun to be in it together.

What’s a fun fact about you that people might not know?

I'm left-handed...and so are Paige and Sabrina!

What’s something surprising about working here that candidates might not expect?

How collaborative Collide Talent is. We truly are a team, and I felt it on day 1. I’ve learned something new every day from every team member since starting. I love how everyone respects one another and how different perspectives are valued.

If you could swap jobs with someone for a day, who would it be and why?

It would be someone on our roster! I’d love to experience one day, and one day only, as an influencer just to see what it is like. It’s hard not to be curious and I feel like I would have a whole new level of appreciation for our talent and at the same time I would be so happy to return to my normal life.

What originally drew you to this company?

I loved the mission of blending the commercial world with the creative world and the endless opportunities it could bring. I love that we are creating our own path in an industry that was founded on taking risks and being unpredictable.
